Quality Branded is seeking aDirector of Back of House Operationsto join our growing team. The Director of BOH Operations reports directly to the VP of BOH Operations and works very closely with the Director of FOH Operations to oversee multiple properties. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef whose passion is focused on implementation of and adherence to systems, people development and is an expert communicator. All food and beverage menu development is driven by the Corporate Chef and Creative Director.Candidate must have: Experience as an Executive Chef in high volume restaurants (350+ nightly covers) Elevated leadership skills. High financial acumen Prior experience as a Director of Operations or Multi-Unit Executive Chef Passion for restaurants and hospitality and a positive, flexible, hard-working mindset We provide you: A real career in the restaurant industry.
